Returns and refunds
Eligible purchases may be submitted for return during the 30 days following delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back and provide the order number or other proof of purchase.
When an eligible return is approved, return postage is paid by us and we issue a prepaid label or authorized return instructions. Do not send a parcel to the business address without authorization.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with the order details and clear photographs so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
After the return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
For a cancellation or order change, contact cs99726063@gmail.com or 647-555-0106 as soon as possible before dispatch. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing or shipping begins. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable Canadian law and the consumer-protection laws of NL.
