Shipping within Canada
quadlockcase provides free Standard Shipping to eligible Canadian delivery addresses. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, Standard Shipping normally takes 4–6 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. Processing and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and can change because of carrier operations, weather, peak periods, remote destinations, or events outside our reasonable control.
When the carrier accepts a trackable parcel, tracking information is sent to the order email. If the delivery address is incorrect, contact cs99726063@gmail.com or 647-555-0106 immediately. We will try to help, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
If tracking is delayed, the parcel appears lost, the package is damaged, or delivery was made incorrectly, contact us with the order number and relevant details. We will review the matter with the carrier and explain the available next steps.
